I'm hungry, but I can't eat gluten, dairy, and maybe whole grain rice.
This is the list of products I have tried, and how they taste and agree (or not) with my stomach. I am doing this as a record for myself of what I have or have not tried, but I thought it might help others so I'm sharing. Please understand that I am not a (medical) doctor or nutritionist, so you'll need to see for yourself how these foods work with your body and food preferences. Good luck!
