gluten free, not labelled dairy-free but no dairy ingredients
Rating: ***** 5 stars!
Move over Quaker Oats - I actually like the texture of this oatmeal better, and unlike you, Chex/General Mills has actually bothered to make a gluten-free option that is also very affordable.
I am a big maple and brown sugar fan, so the flavors are right in my wheelhouse. I add raisins to give some texture. Comes in individual packets, same easy prep as other instant oatmeal. Just add boiling water, wait a couple of minutes.
I found it at: Kroger, Martins (but they only have this one), Walmart
I'm hungry, but I can't eat gluten, dairy, and maybe whole grain rice. This is the list of products I have tried, and how they taste and agree (or not) with my stomach. I am doing this as a record for myself of what I have or have not tried, but I thought it might help others so I'm sharing. Please understand that I am not a (medical) doctor or nutritionist, so you'll need to see for yourself how these foods work with your body and food preferences. Good luck!
