Found it at: Walmart, in the regular nut aisle :)

Welch's Strawberry Fruit Snacks

http://www.welchs.com/products/food-and-snacks/fruit-snacks

gluten free, not labelled dairy-free but no dairy ingredients

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

Yummy gummies.  These come in individually-wrapped portions, 10 bags per box.  I like the flavor of the strawberry gummies,  I haven't tried the other flavors yet.  If you want something that tastes all-natural, this isn't for you.  If you want to eat something that is a lot like candy, this is great.

I found it at: Martins. I haven't yet checked to see if Walmart or Kroger has them.

Ka-Me Original Rice Crackers

http://www.kame.com/products/snacks/rice-crackers/original-rice-crackers

Kosher, gluten free, no dairy ingredients but comes from a factory that processes milk products.

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

Nice crisp, neutral-tasting cracker.  I used them to dip hummus- no taste to interfere with the dip.

I found it at: not sure!! Martin's in the Asian food aisle? Kroger?

Dream Latte Mocha Coffee and Almond Drink

http://www.tastethedream.com/products/product/5495/851.php

Kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free

Rating: **** 4.5 stars

Though I like the texture of the Gevalia individual iced coffee a little better, this one has fewer chemical ingredients and more certifications (actually says Kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free on the container, unlike Gevalia).  Nice flavor, definitely needs to be shaken well before drinking.

I found it at: Kroger, more expensive at Target

Gevalia Iced Coffee with Almond Milk Mocha

http://www.gevalia.com/mocha-iced-coffee-with-almond-milk-11.1-oz-ZE5.html

labelled lactose-free

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

This is a single-serve tetra pack (shelf stable) coffee with almond milk.  It also comes in vanilla and caramel flavors.  I have not tried caramel, because caramel isn't usually my thing, but I prefer the mocha flavor over the vanilla.  The vanilla is too strong for my taste.

I really like the creamy texture of this as compared to the Dream Latte Mocha singe-serve packs, and the taste is great.  However, the Gevalia has more chemically ingredients in it.

Chex Gluten-Free Oatmeal: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

http://www.chex.com/products/gluten-free-oatmeal-multipack-apple-cinnamon

gluten free, not labelled dairy-free but no dairy ingredients

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

Move over Quaker Oats - I actually like the texture of this oatmeal better, and unlike you, Chex/General Mills has actually bothered to make a gluten-free option that is also very affordable.

I don't like the Quaker Oats apple and cinnamon instant oatmeal, but this stuff seems really different. There are big chunks of apple, and not too much cinnamon.  The portion also is more generous than the Quaker Oats packages.  I can hardly finish this one, and it fills me up so I don't get hungry an hour later on a busy morning. Comes in individual packets, same easy prep as other instant oatmeal.  Just add boiling water, wait a couple of minutes.

I found it at: Kroger, Martins (but they only have this one), Walmart

Chex Gluten-Free Oatmeal: Maple Brown Sugar Flavor

http://www.chex.com/products/gluten-free-oatmeal-multipack-maple-brown-sugar

gluten free, not labelled dairy-free but no dairy ingredients

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

Move over Quaker Oats - I actually like the texture of this oatmeal better, and unlike you, Chex/General Mills has actually bothered to make a gluten-free option that is also very affordable.

I am a big maple and brown sugar fan, so the flavors are right in my wheelhouse.  I add raisins to give some texture. Comes in individual packets, same easy prep as other instant oatmeal.  Just add boiling water, wait a couple of minutes.

I found it at: Kroger, Martins (but they only have this one), Walmart

Annie Chun's Sesame Roasted Seaweed Snacks

http://www.anniechun.com/our-food/seaweed-snacks/sesame

gluten free, dairy free

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

I really like sesame oil, and I don't mind eating seaweed at all (my mom went through a health food phase when I was a little kid), so I really like these.  If you just need a burst of savory umami flavor, it's perfect.  The serving size is 10 sheets! half the container! which I think is a nicely generous portion, and is only 30 calories if you care about such things.

This product is made in Korea by CJ foods.

I found this at: Walmart (probably best price), Kroger, Martins

La Banderita White Corn Tortillas

http://olemex.com/index.php/component/k2/item/155-white-corn-tortillas-wic

Kosher, gluten free

Rating: **** 4 stars

These are the small tortillas, and the white corn version.  According to the company website, other tortillas from the same company may not be gluten-free, so check labels.  I like tacos, and these work pretty well.  They tend to crack a bit, and can leak filling even if you double them up.

Because it's just me eating them, we don't go through them very fast and so I keep them in the fridge so they don't go bad.  They will last a really long time this way - the worst that happens is the bottom few get a little damp, or the top few get a little dry.

These are readily available at any grocery store where I live, and I don't live in a huge town.

Pamela's Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies

Kosher, certified gluten free

Rating: *** 3 stars

These cookies may appeal to you if you are after softer chocolate chip cookies, but I find they are so soft and crumbly that I don't really like the texture.  The flavor is OK.

There is some brown rice flour in these, so I may also not like them because they slightly irritate my digestive system.

Can buy these at: the local co-op, Kroger, maybe Martins too.

Vanilla Silk Soy Creamer

https://silk.com/products/vanilla-soy-creamer

Kosher, gluten free

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

So, I don't drink a lot of coffee anyway, but I have always drowned the coffee I do drink with creamer or other milk products.  As someone once said, I put a little coffee in my cream.  Since that isn't working for me now, I went off of coffee until I found this.

This vanilla-flavored soy creamer is similar to the sugar-free french vanilla creamer product my non-allergic husband uses in his coffee.  It works for me- I can't really tell the difference.

There are, however, a few recent ratings on the Silk website for this product describing it as crystal-like, solid, and gloppy.  I have only been through 3 cartons, and all of mine are fine so far.  If someone has had a bad experience, I'm interested to know about it.

I can buy this at: Kroger, the local co-op, ?

Lucy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

http://www.drlucys.com/cookies/chocolateChip

Kosher, Certified Gluten-free, Certified Vegan

Rating: ***** 5 Stars!

This is a 5-star rating for a crispy chocolate chip cookie.  If you are looking for a soft, moist cookie, then this probably isn't what you are looking for.  But, these cookies have a nice crunch, not a dry crumble, so I like them.

My husband told me he wasn't sure about the taste, but I know why.  This cookie has molasses in it, which you can kind of detect.  I really like molasses, so I am quite happy with the flavor, but I could see those who don't like molasses being less enamored of the dough flavor.

If anyone else out there is from Virginia, then these cookies are "local" - from Norfolk.  Of course, Norfolk is 3+ hours from where I live, but still.

I can buy these at: the local co-op, Martins?

Pamela's Pecan Shortbread Cookies

http://www.pamelasproducts.com/products/cookies-and-biscotti/cookies/pecan-shortbread/#!prettyPhoto

Kosher, certified gluten-free

Rating: ***** 5 stars!

Pecan shortbread cookies, or "pecan sandies," are supposed to have a drier, crumbly texture, and this works well in the gluten-free world.  I think the taste is spot on for pecan sandies, but the texture works well also.  I got these in the local co-op store.
The butter in these does not seem to bother me much, though I have little tolerance for dairy now.

I bought these at: the local co-op.

Katz's powdered donuts

http://www.katzglutenfree.com/Donuts_Powdered_Gluten_Free_p/1620.htm

Rating: ***** 5 stars! plus!

Certified gluten free, Kosher

Katz's gluten free and dairy free powdered donuts.  These are very good!  Like, I can forget I'm not eating a real donut good.  Like, I can't keep myself from inhaling one good.  Like, my cat (who loves pastries) can't even tell the difference and runs after me when I have one good! Yay!

Not cheap, and the shipping costs can be a lot, depending upon where you live and what time of year your order.  But great for late night munchies.  I just microwave for 20 seconds from frozen.

Gluten free dairy free sour cream: Tofutti

http://www.tofutti.com/dairy-free-cheeses/sour-cream/non-hydrogenated-better-than-sour-cream/

Kosher, gluten free

Rating: ***** 5 stars!
We saw this in our local food co-op today.  Since we are having tacos tonight, thought it was worth a try.

Tastes like sour whipped cream.  Not bad for a dairy-free dairy product.  Though I haven't been at this long, I generally loathe faux dairy products, so this is saying a lot.

I bought this at: the local co-op - my husband spotted it.
